Forgive, Forget and Let Go....... 

Is it easy for us to let go someone who hurt us the most?

Not without full torture on him/her in our mental movie of thoughts which sometimes play for rest of our life without any intermission!!!!!

Those of us who have courage to ask and make things clear, have good chances of forgiving others.

Those of us who don't have courage to confront, like to enjoy the mental movie of resentment and grudge for rest of their life. 

Those of us who have courage to ask and ability to put ourselves in others' shoes to understand their side of story, enable us to let go the negative feelings and embrace our friends close to our heart.

Life is short. Life is about love to others. Life is about sharing with friends.Life is like clay weblogs like water and hands like friends. Let friends feel your softness and care for them. Don't be like a hard rock or burning coal to your friends. 

Life has no meaning without friends. Don't be absorbed in status or material and force yourself to love others until it becomes your habit.

It hurts when we hurt our friends and defending ourself with false ego, makes friends further apart. 

Don't let it happen to you anymore. Our ego makes us apart. Our ego have no place in our heart and soul. 

Let's push or pull it out of our heart and mind before it is too late.

Love for everyone is a bliss and ego a curse. 

Ego make our lives miserable and others. Put efforts to love your friends by letting go any negative feelings and call every friend this summer right from childhood til now. 

Forgive any negative feelings and call anyone you have hard feelings for. 

It is hard to feel like that way but believe me push your ego to the side for a moment and call everyone you had negative feelings for whether you feel guilty of hurting others or otherd hurt you.

Don't say anything except: I am sorry that I stopped communicating with you because of my stupid feelings about that incident.

I simply called to apologize for that. I just want you to forgive me for my stupid feelings and thoughts about every thing. 

I like to be friends again with you for rest of my life.

I am very content with my life and my family and my work and all of my friends and I can not let my ego to further jeopardize our friendship.

I have realized that how important it is to be in peace and I can not attain it unless I get rid off all my negative feelings about my friends and my past.

I want peace in my life and I want all my friends to have peace. That is why I called you so that we both can let go that past misunderstandings and stupidity. 

Can I expect you to forgive me and be friends with me once again so that we can enjoy our friendship.

I was stupid enough to let my ego overpower me and destroy my real treasure of my friends on small issues.

No matter how hard you were on me and it was very painful for me to bear it and definitely it shattered my heart and my feelings and my future, but I failed to understand at that time that I was equally responsible for that incident by letting it go to that extent.

I don't want to blame you for anything and my apology is sincerely from bottom of my heart since I realized now that it was my ego that made me emotional and demanding which impaired my judgement and reasoning power. On one hand I was so concerned about it and yet I failed to listen to your side of story. 

I failed to understand the value of our friendship. I became very selfish and possessive in our friendship. My possession and my ego killed our friendship.

Now I have realized the real value of friendship and love by killing my possession and ego.

I am very content and peaceful after apologizing to you. I wish you best in your life and hope I did not hurt your feelings.

My ego is my biggest weakness and I am trying to get rid off it with the help of my old friends to whom I lost because of it.

I have realized the power of apology that kills our ego. When ego dies down, one gets free of negatives and always put efforts to build relationships free of selfish and possessive motives and strengthens long lasting loving, caring and sharing relations with friends and mankind.

It was only possibe after self-realization of own weaknesses and strengths. Once we know our weaknesses only then we can take action against it. We all dream to be heroes and our strengths endorse it but our weaknesses sometimes makes us villain instead.

Our biggest weakness is ego

Second biggest is lust for materialism

Third biggest is ignorance to our weaknesses

Our biggest desire is peace through love

Our second biggest desire is success through honesty

Our third biggest desire is to overcome our weaknesses.

Majority of us die with our desires and only minority of us fulfill our desires.

Only true knowledge from true teacher empower us to self-realization, of desires and deficiencies, which enable us to understand clearly our strengths and weaknesses. A true desire only drive us to push or pull out our weaknesses to fulfill our desires without any problem during our lifetime.

Those who want to be in peace through love successfully need to explore the true knowledge without getting trapped into unnecessary rituals and traditions.

There is no shortage of people who desire to be peaceful through love successfully but;

Unfortunately majority people who seek of peace through love either get trapped into false knowledge or false love. 

Rest is trapped in materialism anyway and they have no real desire to be peaceful, loveable and successful yet they pretend to be.

Every religion on this earth has one common purpose. To establish link with The True Master and His creativity through self-analysis with the help of True Religious Guide known as Lord/Guru/Prophet.

Love to humanity is the main ingredient of every religion. The definition of God by every religion might differ to some extent. Certainly the practice of religions is highly dependent on core religious values and culture and literacy level of followers.

The interpretation of same religion by preachers might differ as well. Some preachers stick to the fundamental religious practices and some advocate changes time to time.

Reform to religious practices are quite common in every religion. It is highly debatable as well. This creates tension and differences between followers within same religion.

Preachers preaches different ways. There are two predominant practices of preaching. First is based on core religious philosophy and practices. Second is comparing to other religions' philosophies and practices.

Unfortunately, I have witnessed a third type of practice, which is quite common in every religion, of criticizing other religions to prove the merits of their own religions. 

Religion is not a subject of criticism and comparison to let down others.

The common target of every religion is to kill arrogance of followers through self-analysis and practice of religious principles and foster atmosphere of love to mankind. 

Thus, a follower who love God, must love the mankind as well. Anyone who have time to criticize others might waste his/her time in vain without progressing further on the path of humility.

Lets focus on core religious principles and practices to uplift our attitude and behavior towards our self first and then towards others.

As Guru Nanak said that if we realize the Will and System of The True Master only then the arrogance will disappear from our minds with the blessings of a True Guru.

I, SATNAM SINGH SIDHU (BC), APPEAL TO HONEST PEOPLE OF INDIA AND AAM AADMI PARTY, FOR AN ACTION AGAINST CULPRITS OF SIKH MASS MURDERS IN DELHI AND ACROSS INDIA TO SERVE JUSTICE TO 1984 SIKH VICTIMS IN INDIA.

AT LEAST IF YOU AGREE THAT JUSTICE IS NOT SERVED TO VICTIMS OF 1984 SIKHS MASS MURDERS AND INDIAN DEFENSE FORCES ACTION NAMED OPERATION BLUE STAR WAS NOT NECESSARY. PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE.

IT HAS BEEN 29 YEARS TO OPERATION BLUE STAR SINCE 1984, WHEN INDIAN ARMY TYRANTS TRY TO REPRESS SIKHS AND THEIR PRINCIPLES IN INDIA AND ABROAD. ARMY IN-CHARGE K.S. BRAR WHO TOOK OATH TO SERVE HIS COUNTRY AND CITIZENS, SOMEHOW OVERLOOKED HIS OATH AND KILLED HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT SIKHS INCLUDING WOMEN, SENIORS AND CHILDREN ALONG WITH LESS THAN 200 ARMED SIKH FOLLOWERS OF SHAHEED SANT JARNAIL SINGH KHALSA BHINDERAWALE. 

IN HIS INTERVIEW TO MEDIA, HE INDIRECTLY REGRETTED HIS ACTION BY COMMENTING THAT ARMY SHOULD BE USED ONLY ON BORDERS. HE IS LEADING A SOLITARY LIFE AND DO NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE OPERATION BLUE STAR. MRS GANDHI WAS ALSO SHAKEN BY HER OWN ACTION AND HER EVERY SPEECH AFTER OPERATION BLUE STAR IS REFLECTIVE OF IT. 

WHAT OTHER DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY YOU MAY HAVE WITNESSED WHOSE OWN CHIEF OF DEFENSE FORCES (THE PRESIDENT-GIANI ZAIL SINGH) HAD BEEN IGNORED AND BYE-PASSED BY PRIME MINISTER. MRS GANDHI DIRECTLY ORDERED THE DEFENSE FORCES TO EXECUTE HER CRAZY PLAN AGAINST HUMANITY WHICH WAS SO SENSITIVE AND IMPORTANT TO DISCUSS BEFORE ANY ACTION. WHY HE WAS BYE-PASSED AND WHY ARMY AGREED TO BYE-PASS IS ANOTHER ISSUE THAT NEED ATTENTION. WHY IT WAS NOT CRITICIZED AND UNNOTICED BY OPPOSITION GOVERNMENT. IF SOME ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THEM THEN WHAT WAS IT? YOU DON'T NEED A ARMY OPERATION TO CAPTURE OR NEGOTIATE A DEAL WITH LESS THAN 200 ARMED PEOPLE.

FIRST OF ALL THE WHOLE TURMOIL OF VIOLENCE IN PUNJAB WAS CONSPIRED BY CENTRAL GOVT OF INDIA AND ITS ALLIES. I DON'T RULE OUT INVOLVEMENT OF BRITISH GOVERNMENT, USA, ITALY, USSR (RUSSIA) AND PAKISTAN'S INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES. KILLING OF INNOCENT HINDUS IN PUNJAB BY PULLING THEM OUT FROM BUSES WAS CONSPIRED BY GOVT OF INDIA TO DECLARE EMERGENCY IN PUNJAB. 

TO CAPTURE LESS THAN 200 SIKHS FOLLOWED BY SHAHEED SANT JARNAIL SINGH KHALSA BHINDERAWALE, WAS NOT EVEN NECESSARY. NEGOTIATIONS COULD HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE. WORSE CUM WORSE THERE WERE SO MANY OTHER WAYS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHOUT THE HELP OF INDIAN DEFENSE FORCES.

EVEN THE WEAPONS THAT HAD BEEN CLAIMED TO BE CAPTURED BY INDIAN ARMY IS GAME OF GOVT OF INDIA. SANT BHINDERAWALE WAS A SAINT-SOLDIER AND MOST WEAPONS THEY HAD WERE ORDINARY WEAPONS FOR SELF-DEFENSE. IT WAS A HIGH LEVEL DRAMA OF GOVT OF INDIA TO MAKE IT A BIG DEAL AND DISPLAY SOPHISTICATED WEAPONS WHICH WERE SO SHINNY AS IF NEVER BEEN TOUCHED. THE KILLINGS IN PUNJAB WERE THEIR OWN PLANNED AGENDA. DEFINITELY RIVALRY OF PUNJAB CONGRESSMEN WAS ALSO PART OF PROBLEM.

SECONDLY RADICAL GROUP OF BIASED HINDUS WERE BEHIND THIS CONSPIRACY AND TO BE BLAMED FOR IT AND NOT THE GOVT OF INDIA ALONE AND NEEDED TO BE EXPOSED AND PUNISHED.

THIRDLY IT WAS PLANNED BY INDIAN GOVT WITH HELP OF RADICAL HINDU GROUPS TO DEFAME AND TERRORIZE SIKHS IN INDIA. SIKH GENOCIDE IN 1984 ACROSS INDIA WAS PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE TYRANNY OF GOVT OF INDIA AND RADICAL HINDUS. AND VERY CLEAR INDICATION THAT MRS GANDHI WAS NOT SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. THERE ARE OTHER MEMBERS OF CONSPIRACY AGAINST SIKHS AND NEEDED TO BE EXPOSED AND PUNISHED BY A HONEST PUBLIC INQUIRY FULLY TRANSPARENT TO PUBLIC OF INDIA.

THE BIASED FEELINGS AGAINST SIKHS STARTED RIGHT AFTER INDEPENDENCE AND BY ELIMINATING THEIR AUTONOMY AND IDENTITY AND CONSTANT ATTACKS ON PUNJAB TO REPRESS SIKHS AND THEIR PRINCIPLES.

MRS. INDIRA GANDHI WHEN ATTENDED NSUI YOUTH RALLY IN NAGPUR IN 1983, SHE OPENLY DECLARED HER CONCERN ABOUT HER SAFETY AND ANNOUNCED IN RALLY THAT MY KILLERS ARE EVEN SITTING IN THE RALLY TO KILL ME. IT IS BEFORE 1984 AND IF THAT DANGER WOULD HAD BEEN FROM SIKHS THEN SHE WAS WISE ENOUGH TO REMOVE SIKH BODYGUARDS FROM HER SECURITY. BUT SHE DID NOT. THE DANGER TO HER LIFE WAS FROM WITHIN HER CIRCLE AND SIKHS WERE HER ONLY OPTION TO DEFEND HERSELF. 

ATTACK ON SRI HARMANDIR SAHIB AND COMPLEX IN AMRITSAR WAS A REVENGE BY HINDU RADICALS WHO DO NOT LIKE THE CONCEPT OF EQUALITY AND FURTHER WANTED TO TERRORIZE SIKHS IN INDIA. MRS INDIRA GANDHI WHO IMPOSED EMERGENCY IN INDIA IN 1976 WITHOUT ANY LEGITIMATE REASONS WERE NOTORIOUSLY KNOWN TO INDIAN PUBLIC FOR THE HARM SHE DID TO PUBLIC BUT AS WE ALL KNOW, PUBLIC MEMORY IS SHORT LIVED, INDIAN PEOPLE BELIEVED INTO HER CONSPIRACY AND LOT OF INDIANS HUMILIATED AND KILLED SIKHS IN PUBLIC IN 1984 AFTER THE DEATH OF MRS INDIRA GANDHI. HER DEATH IS STILL MYSTERY AND CASE WAS CLOSED AS IT WAS EASILY BLAMED ON SIKHS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INQUIRY. RADICAL HINDUS WERE SO OUTRAGED THAT NOBODY GAVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT TO FIND THE REAL KILLERS. PERHAPS MOST CONSPIRATORS WERE WITHIN THE CIRCLE AND FURTHER INQUIRY WAS NOT IN THEIR FAVOUR.

IT IS EVIDENT THAT SHE WAS TORTURED AND HUMILIATED BY POLICE AFTER LOSING TO JANTA DAL IN 1977. SHE WAS TORTURED BY POLICE DURING REGIME OF JANTA DAL IN INDIA. SHE WAS BRUISED INSIDE BY ALL THIS. SHE WAS TOTALLY SHATTERED WHEN SHE LOST HER SON, SANJAY, IN 1980. SHE WAS DISTURBED MENTALLY DUE TO EXTREME TORTURE ON HER BY POLICE IN 1977 AND FURTHER SHOCKED BY SANJAY'S MYSTERIOUS DEATH AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY CONCERNED BY THE THREAT TO HER OWN LIFE. WHICH SHE OPENLY ANNOUNCED IN NAGPUR NSUI RALLY IN 1983. CERTAINLY BJP OPENLY OPPOSED THE RALLY AND BJP WORKERS ATTACKED NSUI WORKERS ON THEIR WAY TO RALLY AND IN NAGPUR AND SOME NSUI MEMBERS WERE KILLED BY THE BJP MOBS.

TO BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I DON'T BLAME ANY POLITICAL PARTY FOR ALL THIS. I BLAME ONLY THOSE RADICAL HINDUS WHO DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH PRINCIPLE OF SIKHISM OF UNIVERSAL EQUALITY TO MEN AND WOMEN AND PROTECTION TO POOR. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON NONE OF POLITICAL PARTIES EVER THOUGHT OF SERVING JUSTICE TO VICTIMS OF 1984 MASS KILLING OF SIKHS ACROSS INDIA. IT WAS NOT AN INCIDENT OF RAGE OF PUBLIC (I CAN NOT BLAME PUBLIC FOR THIS, AS A MATTER OF FACT IT WAS GENERAL PUBLIC (MAJORITY HINDUS) WHO SAVED LOT OF SIKH LIVES FROM THE TYRANTS). IN FACT IT WAS A MASTER MIND OF RADICAL HINDUS WHO NEVER LIKED SIKHISM FROM DAY ONE. 

I HOPE AAP WILL NOT IGNORE ANY PART OF THIS CONSPIRACY AND WITH ALL HONESTY WOULD TRY ITS BEST TO BRING CULPRITS TO JUSTICE WHICH EVERY SIKH AND GENEROUS CITIZEN OF INDIA IS HOPING FOR. 

IF AAP FAILED, THEN IT WOULD MAKE VERY DIFFICULT FOR SIKHS OF INDIA TO GET JUSTICE FROM GOVT OF INDIA. I HOPE FOR THE BEST. JAI HONESTY JAI JUSTICE JAI AAP.

A lie in a trusted relations

Most hurtful is a deceitful act of lie especially if you have great deal of expectation from that person.

We all care for someone special in our life and we expect the same in return.
Most important to us in early life are parent and friends. Later part in life is our partner, children and friends.

If any of above lie to us which is intentional and hidden for a while and when it is exposed then that is the end of our expectations from that relation. The relation may continue but that will be excluded from our entrusted relationship's list.

But on other hand it hurts the most and as long as this resentment is there neither we will forget the person nor forgive the person.

If we forgive somehow, relation will start healing again and may enter into list of our entrusted group.

But there are couple things that needed to be addressed here apart from past life memories which are of least interest to me.

Firstly are we fair in our expectations and if we are then may be that lie was circumstantial and may have a reason behind it with a feeling that the truth may hurt us.

Regardless of any rationale lie is a lie and no one can let it go without repercussions.

If we let it go then it means we have extraordinary strength and courage to forgive the person and this virtue is a divine virtue.

If we can not let it go, it means our expectations have been shattered and causes a long lasting resentment in our mind.

Just imagine if one of your entrusted person lie to you and you never bothered about it and you continue your trusted relation as if nothing happened. That shows it that you never expected anything anyway.

Moreover none of relations in this world are based on 100% truth. But if you feel that it is not true then most likely no-one will be in your entrusted relationship's list at the end.

Either a complete truthful person could be the one in your list but unfortunately no-one of such caliber exist on this earth except God.

So if you are completely truthful and expect the same in return, then only choice you have is to make God as your friend.

It is a separate issue that God may accept your friendship without you being completely truthful . Because He has ability to forgive those who even attempt to friends with Him.

So all worldly relations are based on trust on each other and being human we are ought to make mistakes and we ought to hide it simply to avoid the embarrassment or not to hurt the feelings of the person. But if the person knows that his/her partner has the ability to forgive or let it go then there is no reason for the person to hide his/her mistakes.

Learning versus Practice

I was just thinking about pros and cons about this subject. While I was trying to make some logical sense of it----it came to my mind that one may reasonably comprehend different religious beliefs and modern philosophy of psychology and the scientific laws and rules of Universe, life and matter which I like to define as #Mind-#Matter-#Motion (3M) and at the end it really does not matter how much, how far and how deep we know about it, the end result depends upon how do we control our emotions and desires to run our Vehicle of Life at right speed and yet have enough control during normal and emergency situations of life without falling pray to bad attitude and behaviour, addictions, wrong practices, immoral acts  religious or spiritual learning and practices which might be detrimental to our human psychology. Learning on one end is essential to get rid of guilt feelings of sins defined by various religions and spirituality groups. and to lead a life of freedom without being irresponsible and on other end life is so precious gift of The Creator of Creation which is full of love, beauty, softness, fragrance, music and happiness that spending too time to learn and understand life and God without enjoying and sharing every moment is worthless.
