Don't worry about changing a government-Change the Government System

Destiny-of-Poor. Destiny-of-Poor is destiny of you and me. Destiny-of-poor is destiny of more than 80% of world population. Destiny-of-poor is destiny of more than 80% population of every country of the world.

Life is a journey and we all know it. What we may not know is its pace?
Traffic in city or highway has a pace or flow, likewise life has a flow as
well in which all human beings have to participate!

The above video is a insight into the pace of the nature and the animals! Why are we so stressed, which is adversely effecting our normal pace of life other than the financial freedom? What could we do to adjust our pace to normal.

Everyone has to go for the routines of life to rest, wake up, commute, meal, work, meal, work, commute home, family, meal, misc, sleep, wake up so on..
If everyone almost goes through same cycle, them why some some people out pace others and why some falls behind the normal pace.

Some of us blame our destiny for our failure.

Following a normal pace where every one lives a normal, simple life with satisfaction is possible. But needs efforts to do little more than what we are doing. Analyse the government functioning and think what went wrong in our democratic system! Try to understand what I am trying to say! Think about it! Before that lets talk about the people who out pace to succeed and those who fall behind the normal pace of life.

Some outpace everyone and may brag about their success but it is always at the cost of something else.

Becoming Millionaire is good as long as it does not involve neglect of personal health, family involvement, family time and public interest.

Becoming Leader is good as long as one does not neglect one's responsibilities.

Becoming Champion is good as long as one does not neglect anything.

Becoming a Boss is good as long as you don't bring your work to home otherwise you know what you are going to neglect..

Becoming anything exceptional is great as long as their is no neglect in your responsibilities.

Becoming very social and popular is great as long as you don't waste time in outdoor wining and dining everyday by neglecting yourself and family well being.

Well we talked enough about out pacers, but how about those who fall behind their pace.

Why they fall behind?
What causes it?

First all what is a normal pace?

Well average person wants to have a decent living, decent house, decent car, decent family, decent education plan for children and decent income to afford all this without much stress or run around in daily life. Enough time for personal health care and family health care and family time, vacation time, leisure time, personal time for meditation, exercise, reading and other hobbies. Enough time to attend social, family or public functions.

To explain it in terms of dollar figures and hours, it is as follows:

To explain it, I am going to take an example of average family living in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Even though it is human nature that nobody is satisfied where they stand today, financially and otherwise.
But for simplicity to afford a decent living the minimum monthly income required is about $5000.00 Canadian. In order to have enough time for oneself and family, one should not be working more than 40 hours a week  with reasonable daily commuting of 10-20 minutes.

Some of you may not agree with me in either direction but I am talking from my own experience so I am pretty sure average person should agree with me for about $60,000 annual income is a minimum requirement for leading a normal pace life.

But for this kind of income, one has to be a skilled worker and must be working for a company which takes care of workers honestly by providing them with decent wages, performance bonuses and benefits.
Or one should be working in an unionized work force where employer can not take advantage of workers.

But what about all those who are not skilled and are not in union. This is a big chunk of work force in any country and any province. These are the people who decide the fate or destiny of any country or province.

Finding a beginning job for 10-12 dollars an hour is considered reasonable for a new comer or student. With some experience people normally find jobs ranging 12-20 dollars an hour. Moving beyond $20/hour is quite rare now a days. I may be wrong and you can share your thoughts with me.

Even if a person who is making say $20/hour working 40 works a week makes an annual salary of  about $42,000. It means that person is roughly around 1/3 short of 60,000. To maintain a comfortable standard of living either person has to work overtime which sacrifices their personal and family time, or other partner has to work as well. In that case they have to take their children to day cares for baby sitting and definitely will cost them additional baby sitting expense which could be added to $60,000. Also leaving children at day care is not same as taking care of them by parent themselves.

But I may be wrong but I have feeling that there is big number of population which can not get $20/hour for 40 hours a week without working in union or industrial work. Canada does not have much industry any way. Especially in BC I don't see much industry. Forest and mining jobs are also shrinking. Majority of industries moved to Mexico during 1990s due to cheap labor. Then came China which brought furnished goods from China in Canada much cheaper than home manufactured goods. American's shipped food products which also sells at cheaper prices than our local produce. This competitive market forced businesses to pay lesser and lesser to labor.

Since most of this work force we are talking about is either immigrant people, who do not have enough information about Canadian Labor Laws and have communication problem due to their language barrier or ordinary Canadian without skills.Even ordinary Canadian with university degrees also fell into this category as well. It is not fault of people, it is not fault of governments, it is fault of Government system!

This result in exploitation of labor in Canada. People working in farms are well under paid even below their minimum wages. They leave their house 4-5 am in the morning and comes home after 8-9 pm. People working in retail industry now a days starts around 11-12 dollar/hr and can not cross 18-20/hour for rest of their life. And the banking industry which is always profitable, and if not Governments bail them out, their average employees average around  15-16 dollars/hour.

People in trucking and taxi business makes around 4000-5000/month but by working almost double the hours from normal hours and by under reporting their taxable income. Same with people who are self employed in trades and other small businesses.

Prices recently have doubled  for every thing every where in the world compared to a decade ago. Under such conditions, Canadian have been deprived of their standard of living by drop of about 50% in their buying power. Whether it is gas, grocery, household stuff or real estate, prices have almost doubled in last 10-12 years.

I have a feeling the value of Canadian dollar have dropped about 50% in value within Canada in last 10-12 years. The calculation of inflation rate is beyond my comprehension. What I do understand is that it has no meaning for average Canadian. It serves no purpose to ordinary Canadian's needs. It is a terminology most likely developed by economists that benefits to only rich people and rich corporations.

Pasted from: http://www.rateinflation.com/inflation-rate/canada-historical-inflation-rate

Looking at these inflation numbers does it makes any sense? At least not to me. According to Canadian Government the inflation rate is less than 1%.

Then why houses prices have doubled in last twelve years?????

Then why gas prices have gone more than double in last twelve years????

Why grocery prices have doubled???

And yet government says inflation is under 1%! What a nice way to exploit people!

Why governments always compare their dollar with other countries dollars! So that they can scam you! So that they can confuse you with number crunching! Every where I saw on internet about public comments about inflation: People are joking, mocking about these stat Canada's numbers. "Government can manufacture what ever number they like" they are saying.

And do you think these comments effect the government in any manner. Absolutely not! Our present political structure so called "democracy" might be designed by visionaries in past but today it is controlled by rich and corporations. There is no way under any condition, under any government, under any circumstances, it could go in favor of ordinary people.

It is designed by rich, for rich! Not for you! Not for me!

Talk about Canada! Good for rich!
Talk about America! Good for rich!
Talk about India! Good for rich!
Talk about China! Good for rich!
Talk about Europe! Good for rich!
Talk about any part of world! Good for rich!

Is there any place on Earth where an ordinary person, average person, educated person can eat well, live well!
No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the Problem?

Governments? Nope!
Law and Order? Nope!

Government system problem? Yes! Yes! Yes!

PROBLEM is the system. The government basic functioning structure. Everywhere in the world more than 80% of population of any country are controlled by less than 20% rich. Who controls the political system of so called "democratic governments" and "economy of countries" of every single damn country of this world?

People keep on changing governments in a hope to have a better living!
Forget it people! There is no way you can be comfortable in living unless system is changed!

Change the system of government functioning and accountability.

Just think about "INFLATION RATE"; according to Stat. Canada it is less than 1%. Yet every thing have gone more than double in price in last twelve years. Yet they have nerve to tell us this.

These numbers are framed in such a way that people can not figure out anything. But it is not a rocket science to figure it out:

CANADIAN DOLLAR HAS LOST ITS VALUE BY MORE THAN 50% IN LAST TWELVE YEARS WITHIN CANADA. I GIVE A DAMN HOW OUR DOLLAR COMPARES TO USA DOLLAR IF ITS VALUE HAS GONE HALF IN 10-12 YEARS WITHIN OUR OWN COUNTRY.

AVERAGE CANADIAN HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF HIS/HER WEALTH BY 50% DECREASE WHICH IS SIMPLY ROBBED BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENTS AND NOT ANY BODY ELSE.

BUT DON'T BLAME POLITICIANS, THEY ARE EQUALLY CONFUSED AND IN LIMBO WHAT TO DO WITH THE ECONOMY OF COUNTRY! THEY CAN NOT CORRECT THE ECONOMY BY USING A FAULTY POLITICAL SYSTEM.

WHY THEY HAVE TO GO AFTER PUBLIC, UNIONS AND ESPECIALLY RICH TO COLLECT ELECTION FUNDS? WHERE DO THEY SPEND MOST OF IT? NEGATIVE ADS! WHY?

BECAUSE THEY DON"T KNOW HOW TO FIX THE ECONOMY. ALL THEY KNOW IS HOW TO PUT THE OTHER PARTY DOWN BY NEGATIVE ADS. THAT IS THE FUTURE OF DEMOCRATIC PARTIES IN DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES. DON'T WORRY ABOUT COMMUNISM, I AM NOT PROMOTING THEM...THEY HAVE ALREADY FAILED IN RUSSIA AND EQUALLY FAILED IN CHINA. IN CHINA ONLY RICH IS FLOURISHING NOT ORDINARY HUMAN BEING. ORDINARY CHINESE IS NOTHING BUT HUMAN MACHINES WORKING FOR THE PROFITS OF RICH.

Then who is at fault! THE POLITICAL SYSTEM. THE FUNCTIONING OF GOVERNMENT has flaws that benefits RICH by bail outs, less taxes, paying less wages and which forces political parties to run after RICH for ELECTION FUNDS. Global village economy is a good concept but with some checks on corporations. Corporations are prone to misleading public information and forged tax reporting to governments. Governments also have to return favors to corporations who fund their expensive campaigns. But at what cost, at the cost of general public tax money and crooked labor laws.

The system of democracy need overhaul. At present everywhere in the world this system by default cater to the wants of Rich and neglect the needs of ordinary people.

You keep on electing different government, but put them into the office, which is crooked and by default make rich more rich and poor more poor.

Don't worry about changing the governments! Don't waste your time, money and energy! Change the system! Overhaul the system!

All businessmen think about profit! nothing else! Perhaps it is not their fault either! If they don't follow their competition they will be out of business! Lets say the present political structure is hard to change until  our standard of living is really lowered by our own dollar to a point where it is better not to work and refuse to work.

In this current transition time, we are going to lose manufacturing to other countries, which may be good for poor countries to boost their economy. But how about our economy? Are we going to beg for jobs in those countries or would we have other choices in near future?

Before I talk about choices let me make my point clear. Transition is normally a slow process. So we can not see a drastic change that can prepare us to think about it and demand immediate action from government. In 1990s Canada and USA lost lot of industry to Mexico. Which means less industrial work for us. And these jobs are normally a better paying jobs than other sectors.

Then we lost more industry to China. And now every Canadian and USA businessman want to establish industry in India. Europe has already flocked there. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW have been already established there. Asia is not behind either. I guess, India has more diesel vehicles (Cars, SUVs, Vans) from every manufacturer of world than Canada and USA combined. Those are good vehicles with good reliability and good millage. Microsoft had long established its head office in India because India have lot more IT specialists and engineers to cater to the needs of Microsoft. Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai are all flourishing in that market. Audi is making more custom built cars for China to cater to their special demands.

In nut shell, we are going to lose our manufacturing sector to other countries. Only manufacturing we can save is the high tech industry but only under one condition. If we produce enough highly skilled labor and engineers, doctors, bio-engineers, researchers, scientists, managers, IT professionals.

If we continue at this pace in Canada, we will lose high tech to those countries as well. Why? It is cheaper for a businessman to establish where skilled labor is in abundance and dirt cheap.

I see every small college in Canada is focusing on odd jobs of service sector and accounting and business administration, but there are hardly any colleges to produce skilled labor other than BCIT and recently Kwantlan polytechnic to produce enough highly skilled workers. Red seal programs of provincial governments are not very impressive. Students do not learn to a level where they can be excellent mechanics. These program need to be evaluated for  the quality of mechanics they are producing by an independent body.

Every small to large business in past 10 years sponsored so many skilled workers from around the world in Canada. Yes it was good because we needed them.

Think about it, had we trained our own students in past for those skills, then they would have got those good jobs.

That skilled labor that was migrated to Canada, have lost their jobs due to partial recession. They are also looking for jobs.

High tech skilled labor is the only way to compete in global economy and under worse conditions if they have to travel abroad to find a job, they must be highly skilled anyway, otherwise they may slip into a crack of career uncertainty just like immigrants to Canada, who have to do low paid jobs in spite of their good qualification.

Invest in skill development and higher education which should be free. At present every university student is under more debt than anybody else. Students deserve way better than that. In near future under present global economy system, we are going to lose manufacturing industries to other countries where skilled labor is available at cheap rates and our own highly skilled workers can save the country.

Technical skills only are not long term solutions because not every body could be a skilled laborer. There are other jobs that have to be taken care of. Global accounting, Global law and all other global fields have to be discovered in advance and prepare our students for that. Still another major requirement is political overhaul.

Well organised government free from influence of rich corporations and unions, more accountable to citizens, less inclined to expensive election campaigns, lean government and good social programs , more transparency in political offices, more scrutiny of political expenses, more public inquires in case of any frauds by politicians, corporations, government departments, government employees, more accountability of government departments and employees and more educated and highly skilled labor can help to achieve the normal pace of life.

These are just few points that came to my mind. Rest I leave up to every citizen to brain storm on the idea! Why Rich is getting more Rich! Poor is getting more Poor! Why dollar lost its value to less than half in about twelve years and how economist and government claims only less than 1% inflation rate?

Destiny-of-Poor. Destiny-of-Poor is destiny of you and me. Destiny-of-poor is destiny of more than 80% of world population. Destiny-of-poor is destiny of more than 80% population of every country of the world.
